Non-intercooled 5speed...electrical issues

The Voltage Regulator came in today. That fixed the charging issue. The LED headlights DO come on, but only on high beam. Also, is it possible someone replaced the fuel sender and its wired wrong? The truck sits at a 1/4 when its turned off, and as soon as its on the fuel gage pegs empty.
