New to me 93

I am the proud owner of a 1993 Dodge D-250 Club Cab 4X2. 270,000 miles. CUMMINS runs great. One year old automatic. She is all original and in good shape generally. I am planning to restore this vehicle and have just replaced the entire exhaust system, which was original, new headliner. Front brakes are to be done soon. I would love to replace the stock wheels and tires with something that is a little bigger and wider which I think would look much better. I heard that I can put 265-75-16 on with no problem. I can get a deal on 265-75-17 with aluminum rims from a 06 Ram 2500 but dont know if they will fit without rubbing. How big can I Go? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Soon as I figure out how to post pics, I will do that. Thanks!

Hey, good morning. I've got the same truck, well, is yours an LE? Seems like almost all of them were. LOVE those fatman captains chairs... What color is yours? Mine is the blue / silver though all the top surfaces are chalky white now.. haha...
Go to photobucket.com and sign up. Its EZ to upload images and then you just right click the IMAGE file under it and copy and paste it to your post here. Pretty intuitive.
My '93 had 76k miles on it when I bought it. It has about 118k now but I've bought a '96 4X4 too....

Yes it is an LE. The primary color is Emerald Green with the Champagne Gold along the bottom. Green is faded but once I get done with the mechanicals she will get a new paint job. Staying with original colors. The interior is gold/brown. Kinda weird color but in great shape. Thanks for info on photobucket.

Ah you have the un-common colored Spice interior.
That green/gold is a pretty two tone paint color combo in that year.

Spice? So thats what its called! Thanks for the info. Yeah the green and gold is a nice looking combo. I was actually going to repaint it all green but decided to keep it original.
