new, (lightly used) injectors
Well, my set of 5 x.016 injectors arrived today. It looks like I will be installing them next week. Shucks, I might even treat the old girl to a valve adjustment too.

The first injector out of the box had a damaged thread where the jumper connects and it was a lot more rusty than expected. The pressure stamped on the barrel is 260bar which if memory serves is 12 valve p7100 pressures. Of course this may be wrong. They obviously have been gone thru because the top number on the barrel has been xxxxx'd out. I am gonna try them out.

Lol I almost bought them from him but he told me first they were Sdx 5x14 then he said they were pods and then he said they were ddp stage 3. I wasn't sure what he really had so I didn't buy them lol...

right now I wish I didn't but I am stuck with them. If they work I will let you know. If not, the whole world will know. They do have five holes in the tips. How big they are is debateable at this point as I cannot get an accurite measurement with the stuff on hand. They appear to be between .010 and .020 closer to .012 from the look of it. I'm guessing they are stock 12 valve injectors at this point. Next week will tell.

I hope they work out for you good luck. I didn't trust him after he called me from a blocked number. He also told me there were no numbers on the injectors then he told me there was only a 4 digit number that I found no info about.

wow 260 bar equals 3736 psi if memory serves me right always amazed at the beating they take
