Ok and either DAP or II is smoking crack on the hp rating for these things. Dap says 80, II guy said 200. 80 sounds more realistic. They definitely didn't smoke like 200hp sticks

That's why I like getting just the tips from places and using my stock bodies and getting my local shop to do the work. If there is a problem with the work, I have somewhere I can take it and have them fix it. It's rare you'd find a problem with a set of tips.

I wish I had the money to buy my own injector pop tester. PDP sells them but they're like $500 last I checked.

Well dap said to send them back and they will fix them. My local shop is a Bosch authorized dealer and wouldn't do any work on then with out putting the stock nozzles back on.

the shop I deal with is a bosch authorized place too. Seems weird to me that they wouldn't.

It's all the same to just reset the pop pressures and clean them...

I'd be willing to bet it's not a technical issue, but a big brother issue.

bosch has to warranty there work and they will not warranty a aftermarket part (In example the nozzles).

Yeah, i think they don't want to get Bosch into the EPA spot light for performance stuff.

Got my injectors back and installed. Truck idles smooth and still has a haze but not near as bad as it was. I know they will haze some but before it was just to much. Truck runs nice now with no issues in the passing lane.
