Is that a tach right next to the headlight switch? Is it a dodge one? IF so, really rare!

Not sure on the tach, but somebody definately swapped in a dually rear end without the inner wheels. It doesnt bother me too bad "looks" wise, but Im kind of scared to haul a load on it.
