Needin tools

Getting ready to check/reset my injection timing but i'm having a hard time finding the right tools.
I believe I can use OTC 7471A for baring.
But, the numbers in the FSM for the indicator and adapter are not showing up.
I need part numbers and a source or if some one has a set they would sell or rent, that would be cool.

Look around the site- he has a timing indicator that threads into our VE pumps. It's SAE measurements, but it isnt hard to do the conversion. (25.4mm=1"). I think I gave $60 or so shipped several years ago.

Go to this sight http://www.handsontools.com/Miller-S...ols_c_882.html and type "MILLER TOOLS" and then the numbers the FSM gives you. If you still don't come up with anything call them! They are VERY helpful, I cant say enough good about them. When I was rebuilding my Dana 80 they helped me a lot with finding tools. Make sure your wallets heavy when you see the price and if its a special order Miller doesn't put any special effort to getting you your tool, so don't be mad at the Hands On Tool people. I am sure they will tell you also Miller has a monopoly for Chrysler specialty tools. If you at least get the correct numbers you could do a search on eBay and probably get a used tool for a lot cheaper. Good luck.

Hey Cougar I sent you a P.M. you can borrow mine if you're around Anchorage or Juneau.
The Snap-on tool kit is CUMDS12V and is advertised to service Cummins B and C series 12-valve engines from pre-1994.
