Need A Source for Valve Cover Gaskets

I've tried and haven't been able to find a source. My valve covers seem to be leaking slightly after the engine is warmed up but not bad. Just barely enough to cause residue and nastiness. So I figure after 14 years they need to be replaced. Can someone point me in the right direction? Part numbers, someone online who sells them, etc?

Thanks,

B

don't get the black felpro gaskets. mine were leaking, and i used those for replacements. at least it slowed the leaks down.

I bought mine from my local dodge dealer, if you order from them tell them you want the genuine Cummins part they are gray and reusable. I think the cost me around $4 ea. Unfortunately I cant remember the part #.

I got mine from the dealer over three years ago and they are as dry as can be. Make sure the head is clean and dry when you put the covers back on and they will seal up. Not a lot of difference in the gaskets but the way they are put on can make a big difference.

Get the Cummins ones straight from Cummins if you have one near you. Theyre what dodge sells for a huge markup.

I used the felpro's with no problem. There's no reason they should leak if the head and everything is clean when reinstalled. Any local parts store has them available.

Cummins gray only. They will last a long time even with multiple valve adjustment experiments.

Try these guys out. I've bought from them in the past. Good prices and good service. http://www.hoeslidiesel.com/

Got 'em from Geno's. Total with freight to my door was $36.45 for the gray Cummins gaskets.

Thanks for the help.
