yes you may get some pics, unfortunatley i haven't gotten home early enough to snap any pics, but probably tomarrow, and the pump just barely fits, i was able to use the original brake booster but its only got a fingers width of space between it and the afc housing on the pump. i would figure your 1975 crew cab has the same engine compartment as mine but im not positive.

that is an option, but even still, i think my intercooler and tranny coolers stick out to far, for now im going to build a grill and see how it all turns out, i like fabing things and custumizing things.

[QUOTE=G1625S;1394506]I feel your pain, Fury. My factory grille sits on the garage floor and I'm using my winter front as a center section for the time being. I have the extra problem of the intercooler sloping out toward the bottom because it's taller than the core support...haven't found a solution, but haven't really been looking since my truck is no prize winner anyway....

WOW ,were did that big ole honken intercooler come from? and is that brick int he second pic actually attached to your truck?? looks funny. sorry if it sounds like im insulting your beast, but im not, i sometimes wish my truck had a littler ruffer body so i wouldn't worry about it so much.

That Big ole Honking Intercooler (BHI?) came from an '06 Dodge/Cummins. It's big. Real big. TOO big. Like, cut the last 4'' of frame off my truck and bolt in custom cradles big....I wouldn't recommend putting one on a nice truck unless you have top notch fabbing skills. The pic was during one of the first mock ups just to see how the bumper was gonna line up etc etc, hence the cinder block holding the mess up. I flipped the factory bumper brackets around to widen them, fabbed a couple mounts to mate to the 'diminished' frame and the bumper bolted back up within 1/2'' of the factory location. With the winter front on, snouts open, I just broke 1300 WOT in 5th on a 9% grade. With the winter front off, 1200 is not easily attainable at the speeds I drive.
