This is the rubber between the rad support and frame:

I have not been able to find the rubber/bolt assembly you have shown. Chrysler may have it but i hate talking to stealerships.

Those oblong ones are on the top...I think to be able to adjust the "in/out" position of the rad support. As the other pics show there is a round rubber bushing between the rad support and frame rails.

Probably just have to go with a universal round rubber bushing. I'm pretty sure that is what I had on my rad support. I have some originals in bad shape as well and the ones off the rad support in the crew were nothing like those.

Buy a 6-pack for your Air Conditioning buddy and ask him for a couple or four of the hard-rubber pucks that are supposed to be installed under the Trane gas-packs and such. Cut and drill to fit.

Its a cab mounting kit. Does anyone know if the radiator core support bushings are in this kit?

The spectra radiator I bought came with those rubber bushings. I'm sure you could make them though, just a thought.
