I lied!!! 28PSI

Also installed the Fluidamper, definitely reduces vibration. Only other thing i have to figure out is a vibration during acceleration, going to work on that today.

Fixed my vibrations by retorqueing my u-bolts, some nuts were hand tight!!!

Also installed the dennyt pin, gained 1-2psi boost on the top end, sure like the boost it gives in the low end though. Looks like i will have too do some AFC tuning now. I get a decent puff of black smoke upon moderate to hard acceleration.

So i am right at 30psi with stock fuel screw setting, looks like i need to retorque headbolts then turn up the fuel!

Rides much better, small bumps are gone i don't even feel them. The large bumps are still there, i think i need to stiffen up the seat foam now. Feels like i am getting double bounced when i hit big bumps now that the suspension actually moves.

So how are you liking the gear vendors? Can you split between each gear as you are shifting?

It is great for highway driving. I made a 5hr run last week, ~125km/hr at ~1800rpm. I can split in 3,4,5th but haven't used it much like that. I have not towed yet either so i may split more when i am towing. Right now i use it for the extra OD on the highway, really nice.

I bought a used one and replaced a few failed components. I think i have $25-2700 total into it.

Controls have a control box which is hidden under the dash, a on/off switch with red/green light and a manual switch which mounts to the shifter.

Two pics of the main on/off switch and the actuation switch.

I switch it with my pinky, works pretty well.

Well i acquired some seats from a 2006 gmc (40/20/40). Set them in place and they are going to be soooooo much better than the stock spring bench! The mounting is going to take some time but i will try and get pics if i figure it all out.

Also pulled my 9k camper around a bit and cannot get above 1000EGT, time to add some fuel! The denny t pin may help alittle if it shows up anytime soon.
