More Brake Problems!!!

j_martin, where in MN is Isanti? And the RWAL valve has been replaced with a piece of brake tubing, and the wider linings and bigger cylinders were already on the truck, I just replaced apples with apples so to speak.

You do need to keep bleeding them. Are your front calipers reversed left to right so that the bleeders are facing down? To be honest, the only way that I was able to get good brakes was to do a disk conversion and put in a new Bendix mc. I bled my brakes a hundred times and never had good brakes. When I bled the disks, they bled like every other vehicle that I ever bled. Not only that, after putting on the mc, I was able to re-plug in the brake controller and my antilock brake warning lights went out, as I said, welcome to Dodge brakeland...Mark

I sucked air into the MC on steep hill and it sucked so mush air into the system I lost my rear brakes. It took me a months of bleeding every weekend and a gallon of fluid to get everything back to where it was before.
1. Keep bleeding.
2. Have you adjusted the rear brakes properly? Mine have a tendency to stop self adjusting and they start to grab pretty bad, especially with rough application of the brakes.
3. On a tangent, the designers of my motorcycle neglected to put a bleeder on the ABS unit. In order to properly bleed the system you need to engage the ABS and then rebleed. I do this with my truck as well after I have done the normal bleed procedure and tested my brakes. I find it helps get the pedal a little firmer.

Never2much brings up a very good point that we overlooked= are the rear brakes adjusted? The adjusters in the rear love to get rusty or covered in gear oil and grease and not move. if the rear brakes were done and never adjusted that will be part of the lousy brakes. Maybe not a pedal that goes to the floor, but everything works together.
Inspect the components, bleed the master, then the lines, etc like everyone else said.

I've had auto adjusters both over tighten them and leave them loose. Would be nice to figure that one out for sure. Just changed both adjuster cables out. We'll check pretty soon and see how they're doing.
I have a low pedal problem now that I suspect is MC.
