missing at part throttle

Hi,
Posted a couple weeks back about missing/chugging at part throttle and a blue haze at idle when cold, suggestions were to change the lift pump and fuel filter.
Sooo I did that. Still have the same issue, but a little less blue smoke at idle.

Whats the next step? The chugging only seems to happen at a certain throttle opening, and goes away as soon as I put the throttle to the floor for a second. IP or injectors? Or is it still delivery related?

I would run it off a can of diesel to eliminate the possibility of an air leak.
