5 sticks. I would say 1 is for the pto engage. 1 for body up and down. 1 for e brake. then the other 2 the gears. Am I close?

Edit. I just read the first post. I see 1 or 2 must be for 4 wheel peel.

I'll play

1. Twin Stick Transfer Case (1)
2. Twin Stick Transfer Case (2)
3. PTO Engagement
4 Road Ranger 10 Speed Manual Transmission Gear Selector
5. Brownie Box 3sp Selector. (for RWD only) (leave in Direct 1:1 for 4wd haha)

I would have had 4 sticks on the ground on my 1972 if I twin sticked the np205 but instead, I only had 3. 1. getrag lever 2. np205 3. brownie box

So after you mess with all those sticks the FINAL drive ratio will still only be 1:1 ?? no overdrive at all??(meaning whatever gearing you have in the rear??)

Yep. Hey, with a DT360 you are lucky to hold speed on a hill at 1:1.

no, it is more like, you have 30 speeds, 10 in low, 10 in direct, and 10 in over.

or 10lowlow 10low and 10 direct

PC, you got it and yes better be in direct in 4x4.

CS, I got the good one. It's a low, direct, high. If you did the math it would add up to 60 forward gears and 12 reverse (I think) but about 45 of them would overlap.

Wanna D, not a International expert but I think the engine I pulled out is a DT366 not a DT360. The 360 has the injectors on the intake side and the 366 has them on the exhaust side. Here are a couple of pics if you want to investigate. One pic is the rebuilt Master Roosa Pump.

db2 pumps were also on the early 6.5's and all 6.2's. etc.

i believe the 7.3 idi used a standyne too. as well as the 6.9 ...its a good pump...when its on a ford it seems.

Tried to find a lower coolant hose to fit 2 1/4 male coming off the block and 1 3/4 on Ferd 7.3 radiator.

I can't find a single cross over hose to fit my application, but I can find two separate hoses that meet in the middle.

I thought of going to a muffler shop to see if I can get a short 1 3/4 x 2 1/4 cross over with a flared ends to slip the hoses on.

You guys have any suggestions on connecting the two different size hoses together?
