Low Buck Cooldown Timer
I just installed a countdown timer made for hot tubs under my dash so I don't have to sit in the truck forever watching the temp gauge. I just ran a hot from a non switched battery source to the switch, and the other wire to the fuel cutoff solenoid. All you have to do is turn it dial past 10 and back down to a few minutes, turn off the key and leave. (I also chock a tire because my e-brake is totally messed up and unreliable).

I will check them again, but they feel pretty tight. I'm really annoyed by how low the pedal is, it messes with my shift consistency....
Thanks Dave.
p.s. "crude but effective" could be an accurate description of my life!

Going home every day is anywhere from a 1,500 to 2,000 ft climb in about 15 minutes ending at 6,900 ft where the air is thin. My turbo is major hot when I pull into my driveway!
