Yeah, a D350 4x4 would be a rare find.

If youse got the money & don't mind travelling: While not a D350 4x4 (hyuk, hyuk, ... real knee-slapper ...) here are a couple of W350's I found on AutoTrader after a quick search:

'93 W350 CC -- only $22,500 (what a deal!!!)

'93 W350 CC -- only $13.495 -- was $14.495 (wow ... killer discount!)

'93 W350 RC -- $7988 (with sleeper in bed)

Did Didge make both SRW and DRW in 93 in the 350 version?

Not AFAIK. I think '91 was the last year a 350 was available with SRW.
