lift pump

Ok so I was precisely have issues with my Not getting fuel so I replaced the manual lift pump and it runs now but it still doesn't have that much power and feels sluggish and I think the electric lift pump is shot to but could this cause the lack in power.

What electric pump??? You don't need both a manual and electric lift pump.

If you have an added aftermarket electric fuel pump that is not working, you need to remove it, it will block the flow.

Adding an electric pump to a first gen is like putting a JATO rocket on a VW Bug......... If you can't keep fuel pressure with the diaphragm pump, get yourself a low pressure piston one.

You need to check the fuel pressure for sure though.
