Alright, I checked the definitions and even did a search, but what the hel is KSB> I feel dumb asking this since I know **** near everything about this engine, but this got me fooled...
Man I really need to update my sig.... soon to come

 

It's a solenoid on the side of the VE inj pump which advances the timing a bit when the engine is cold. I don't know what the letters KSB stand for, probably something in German. It's controlled by a sensor in the intake manifold I think.

Thanks, I knew where and what it was, just did not know what KSB stood for, man I feel dumb..... I swear I know what BHAF and KDP mean......

KSB is short for KaltStartBeschleiniger (I think Alec dug that up that fun fact).

In English that's "Cold Starting Aid" or words to that effect.
