No doubt you'll see more than 400

You have less turbo, but more fuel than charlie8301 and he did 470+

not sure what those injectors are rated at but I assume there bigger then my 1.5's, so you should be at least at the 470hp mark.

Thanks guys, the turbo is gonna be going back to II for an upgrade, I dont know how hot my egts will get because my box just came back from TST for a quick repair, as a matter of fact UPS is pulling up right now, without the TST the truck still feels great, it spools pretty quick and hits 40 psi and stays there, Im gonna hate to put the HX back on when I send it out, my only problem is I dont know how big I should go, I was thinkn maybe a 64/14, any thoughts?

I would go with the PS64, seems to be a good "middle of the road" turbo, spools well but still seems to cool. I ran a 66 for about a week, spool up was very slow and it had a bad surging problem, It would make a good drag turbo but has very bad street manners. Didn't get to run a silver bullet but if you plan on adding more fuel it might not be a bad idea.

Wow, thats all I can say, I just came back from a quick test of the box, this thing rocks, its about 45 deg here so traction is a big problem even in 2nd gear, this was the first time I turned the box up to level 5 (I know it has 9 levels im nervous about breaking stuff) the turbo really made the top end come to life, it just kept pulling till I girlied out and lifted, I dont even have a shuttering problem like people have talked about, im running 30 psi at idle and since that and the addition of the smarty program the shuddering has all but stopped, oh well im going back out to waste fuel Charlie those are some awesome #`s, hows it pull?

I dont think you will really have the shuddering problem till you put it in 9 and really get into and then let off.....atleast thats the way it is with mine..

Tow or Pull. I hardly ever tow with my truck, the only thing it ever gets hooked to is the sled. I had a 91% converter with very low stall and i had a hard time getting on top of the turbo before the 100ft mark. Switched it late in the season to a 89% with a higher stall but only got to pull once on the new converter. There's a video in my sig
