Idle 450 rpm

I was at about 600 untill i installed the POD's and then it dropped down to 450. Now i can hear a small "squeal" (similar to a worn out tension), but as soon as I bring the idle back up to 550-600 it goes away, I just replaced the idler so i know its not it.

is there a reason you a running idle so low? or are you having trouble raising it?

Idle should be 750-800 in D with the A/C running. The squeel I think is your belt slipping because your engine is basically speeding up and slowing down really quickly about 450 times per minute since your idle is so low.

Your tach probly isn't calibrated correctly. It shouldn't run at 450rpm. It's probly at 600 NOW, which is very slow and the engine sounds like you describe. Anything less and it will die. More fuel or low idle screw will bring up your idle.
