I keep my 92 for the heavy work and get a crew cab Power Wagon for my toy, it doesn't have to be diesel powered. Cheap collector car tags and insurance I'm thinking. So either way here are my two candidates. Both are 360 powered with NP435 transmissions and NP205 transfer cases. Dana 44's and 60's in each.

Truck #1 has a $12900 asking price.

Truck #2 has a $7000 asking price.

So vote for your favorite. Tell me what you think.
I like the look of #2 just not a fan of the light bar

my old '73 had the divorced 205, the real weak link was the 1/2 ton differential, replaced with 60 rear and 44 8 lug front, made a good tow rig with the little 318 manual trans. the macho paint was a favorite, surely there must be more available a little further distance?

Yeah, the light bar is coming off first thing.

I found about 10 crew cabs from 73to 85 in the country for sale. In fact one wasn't even for sale but the owner agreed to sell it to me. lol There are plenty of standard cabs, club cabs are a little more plentiful but crews are far and few between.

I'm happy to get it and can't wait to get it home. We are leaving tomorrow morning as soon as my MIL gets here to take care of the dogs while we are gone.

Mount it to the underside of the rear bumper, and utilizing a 12 Wire and relay, switch it on from inside the cab, and Wallah ! your own tailgating destruct-o device.

lol.
If you cover it with a red lens... you might even get away with it. Make sure it's hooked to the brake light.
