I love the smell of new tires in the morning....
I finally found a set of new tires for my truck! The 325/85r16 Michelin XML's finally wore out. I got 3 years out of them give or take, and they where used to start with. Moving on....

38.5x13.5x17 Pitbull Maddog Radials. They are going on 17x9 black steel wheels....
As far as fitting them. I sectioned all the fenders on the truck. The openings are now 6" longer in the rear and 8" in the front. This allows me to run a 38-39" tire with just leveling springs.....

Thanks!
The snowball is already rolling though. I'm already thinking about 3.73s or 4.10s....and down the road maybe a GM ZF6.
I have a pretty long list of current little projects though....
-egt, fuel pressure, and boost gauge install
-make some kickpanel pods for some 6.5" speakers
-full size spare tire mount in the bed
-rear bumper
-he351 install with 4" exhaust and a new intake system
Ok...that list is scary already......
