Hydro-boost/master cylinder question.

Just had a new hydro-boost installed in my 92 and the master cylinder is rubbing the AFC. I can counter bore the holes in the afc cover and use button head bolts but I still need to grind some material off the master cylinder. Anyone venture to guess how thick the material is on the corner shown?
Thanks.

I installed a chevy hydroboost and didn't have and issues. I don't remember the exact year but I want to say mid 2000 1 ton with optional heavy duty breaking.

That looks just like my old unit. It was off a 1 ton chevy van, but I don't remember the year. This one is just a tiny bit longer and fatter on the end, making it rub on the afc under engine braking(horrible sound). I think I can skim enough off with a carbide burr to clear the afc and use a different bolt on the cover. The p-pump is a bit longer.
