How much water meth is too much?

Tonight i got a jet that is around double the size of a 1000cc methanol injector from what i measured with a pin measuring gauge. I put it to my truck and it still didnt pop or act weird.

It just kept the egts cooler and the power was a little bit more than before. Then i took a drill bit and made the hole a little bit bigger. Still no popping or bad signs.

After that i was on a mission to try to see what the limit was for the methanol/ water mixture 60methanol 40water. I basically and spraying a 1/4 methanol line right into my intake and still it isn't acting up. Although it wasnt really a "spray" it was kinda like a hard powerful stream

I ran about 3 miles with methanol spraying constantly like this until my 3/4 gallon tank was almost dry. I checked the oil and there was no water in the oil. Is this safe to be doing, or am i gonna ruin something?

I had popping issues with my setup when one of my injectors was dribbling the w/m into the intake instead of misting it in. My two squirters push 28gph, I have no idea what that would be in cc's. I do know that you can raise cylinder pressure too high and have head gasket problems, or possibly detonation issue's which you might not be able to hear.

Yah, to much w/m, be careful. I found out yesterday I popped my head gasket last weekend. 1 625 ml/mn nozzle, I thought I would be ok. Things change towing.

You need to have a spray, not a stream.

I'am currently running 1 - .625 and 1 -.375 nozzle with Snows Stage #3 controller. The Stage 3 controller sets the % of W/M injected based on the engines need. The only problem I have seen is a ragged transition as the W/M starts coming on. This only happens with an old mix in my W/M tank. With a new mix - less than 30 days old - the transition is nice and smooth.

100% - When I watch the injection % it will tell me how much actual % is going into the intake. The new digital % is even better but $900.00 is too steep for my pocket book.
