Ouch! Is that a wire melted to it? Like something else was spliced into that fuse? If so what did it run to and was it hooked into the hot side or the fused side?

If the metal fuse socket is still intact and properly insulated then you should be able just to plug in a new fuse - as long as the reason for the melt down is found and fixed.

What circuit burned up? was it the heater?
Look behind the fuse panel and see how bad the wires are burned up, it will all have to be replaced.

BTW I fixed your pictures for you.

Can you see which circuit has burned?
Is it the AC/Heater fuse?

#11 is the AC/Heater circuit. The 90° receptacles are available, but it will take a little hunting to find them. Or you can snip one out of a wrecking yard pile and splice it in.

Although it looks like you have a different fuse panel than I do,

If it was the heater circuit, the blower motor was drawing too much current and burned the wiring, this happens when it is used on the High setting.

Mine looked like this.

Back side with the burned wires.

When this happens it can/will overheat and burn out your ignition switch and melt the wiring harness under you steering column, look under the ignition switch and see if the plastic looks deformed.

Here is how I repaired mine.
