Fixing a cab dent?

Hey guys, I'm in the middle of welding a rocker panel on the driver side now. There was some damage to the cab on this side. I'm thinking about taking some torches and heating up the sheet metal really hot and using a crow bar to work this out. It's off on the rocker panel just a little bit;

I used the stud puller but the metal here is a lot thicker. I'm also thinking about welding the studs in place.. taking the torch and heating the area and trying to pull it back out. Any other thoughts?
