Hood stack?

I'm considering adding a hood stack to my first gen. I've seen 'em on second gens before and like the look - does anyone have a pic of one on a first gen? Thanks.

Chris

There's a few pulling video's with some 1st Gen pulling with hood stacks... I think they are pulling with the PPL... One is a DTR memeber...

I can only imagine how LOUD and stinky that has to be. And I don't know of any turbo compressor wheels that like to pump a housing full of water at startup following a long rain when your tin can got blown off the pipe. You would be better off chopping the exhaust at the down pipe support and letting it warm your feet. If you run an elbow out to the side it may be tolerable.

You're going to install a hood stack, aren't you?

I'd love a hood stack....but I don't think the Ok Highway Patrol would like it much! If I knew I could get a way with it, I'd for sure get a "salvaged" hood and go to cuttin'. I'd put my stock hood in storage of course. And I'm sure my wife would love to look through the cloud of smoke on those long on-ramps!

I had one on mine after the trans swap to try out the trans before I built the 5" the hood was already of so I just turnd my 4" down pipe up with a 5" turn out I had to keep the rain out. It sounded good. cant get pic to load
