In adjusting your idle rpm's, what is the difference between using the high idle screw versus going counter clockwise on the throttle adjustment rod? I used the rod to raise my idle at park rpm's. Then I read on a search about a low idle screw and a high idle screw. When are the times to use these? Why not the rod? Another question if I may: Is it a must for the low idle screw to be touching the stop plate before spring break over to WOT? Please advise.
