Help needed
First off I know this has been covered over and over but I can't find anything exactly as my own symptoms. I'm getting oil in my water. I have replaced the head gasket twice and still getting it. The first time I changed it I used a cheap fel pro and after it happened again I figured it was my fault for not getting a oem gasket so I did again with a factory cummins gasket. My next thought is the oil cooler but just wanting to know if I'm thinking right or anything else to check. The truck runs perfect not weak doesn't heat or anything. I'm not getting any water in oil just the other way around. Thanks for any help

Was your head within spec? Did you get it machined?
I would assume the oil cooler as well. I just bought the two gaskets for it and it costed me around 30 or 40 dollars so I'd change that out.

If it's not the head gasket or a oil cooler, then check for cracks in the head and the block. Head or block could be warped as well. Do a cooling system pressure test, a compression test and a cylinder leak down test.

id go with the oil cooler. if you have a 7 to 10 pound radiator cap but are running 30 to 60 pounds of oil pressure the oil only has 1 way to go and that's in the water
