I know these threads pop up from time to time and obviously it won't be exact but I'm going to be ordering a new Drive shaft and would like a ballpark of what kind of power it will need to handle.

the specs
HX35
3200RPM spring
50HP DDP injectors
full 4inch exhaust
fuel pin to the deep side
fuel screw turned up (collar off but not close to run away at it's going to get more once the clutch is broke in)
Power Stroke intercooler (piping a little cobbled at the moment but figure full 3" piping it'll get that soon enough)
I think that's it.

I'm thinking 600ftlbs or so but that's a pure guess.

Anyone with a similar set up been on the dyno? Or just know more about this stuff than me?

A lot is slipping past your auto tranny if it's stock, at that many miles it's time to re set valves, tidy up the tranny and make sure the old lift pump is actually lifting.

Your factory drive shaft will handle that with no issues.

 

Sounds like a manual to me.
