help me figure out what this noise is please

i have this squeeking coming out of my front end(drivers side from what i can hear) every time i hit a bump or turn the wheel. just had ball joints replaced so i know its not them. could it be the steering shaft? i have never messed with steering components before so i have no clue.
thanks

How about videoing it and putting it on youtube ?

I bet it's a control arm bushing.. but then again how can you hear anything over your engine ??

im not very good with uploading stuff on the internet would the control arm bushing cause it to squeak whtenever i turn the wheel? thats the only thing thats got me thinking its steering related. also my wheel is cocked to the left a little but i think thats just probably an alignment.

Was it doing it before your new ball joints?

Why don't you think it's the ball joints? Did they get greased after install?

If it's visibly out of alignment, I'd bet it's tire noise, soon to be paid for at the tire shop.

Shocks, bushings, are you sure is not from a cowl crack, they can drive you crazy.

Turning the wheel twists the whole truck so it could make things other than your steering squeak.

Since it started after the ball joints then it is related somehow...

do you have polyurethane bushings? They will squeak when they get dry. especially the older ones without the groves to retain grease.
