Help, Engine just stopped last night

I believe you need to pull the solenoid out of the pump then you take the spring and plunger out then you put it back in then if it runs you can use the manual kill lever on the side of the pump. I have not done this myself. Wanna knows more than me on that topic. Hopefully he will chime back in.
