Help! broken fan clutch assembly...

I was attempting to install the fluidamper yesterday.. I could not get the left hand thread nut off of the pulley while it was in the truck so i removed the whole assembly and put it in a vice... from there i tried with just the can clutch wrench i bought.. ended up pulling the fan and attached table away from the wall so i heated the nut just slightly and tried again and i broke the threaded nub off in the nut!!! Any ideas? where to buy? I suppose i should post a wanted add in the classifieds as well but i would hate to have the same thing happen.

I had a hard time getting the clutch assembly loose on my donor 93 motor as well...after 258K Km's I guess things were a bit sticky...

I built this to help get it off...just some scrap I had laying around...should have made the main handle a bit longer...but it did the trick.

Easiest way is to take a small pipe wrench and tuck it in behind the edge of fan pully with the jaw across pulley then take a 1 7/16 wrench and smack it to loosen the fan work's every time or get a Big pipe wrench and put it around the fan pully that will also work .
