Exclamation Help on 1994 to 93 Seat Swap

Has anyone ever done a seat swap from a 1994 to a 1993. I purchased a set of 40-20-40's out of a 1994 single cab and am putting them in my 1993 ext. cab. I am handy enough to come up with something but was just curious if anyone had done it and how they did.

I did it and hated it. the seat belt will get stuck between the seat and the door and the seat puts you VERY high up....they look cool and go in pretty easy thats about it.

I used some pipe spacers that was it. the driver side most rear mount needed a spacer, i dont remember about the passenger side....

I think theres differences between regular cab and ext. cab 2nd gen seats. I used ext. cab they were just way to tall in the 1st gen. and they leaned forward alot too...there was no way to solve this except for extensively modifying the seat brackets.

Also had to space up front right corner

If you want to use the stock 94 brackets, then yes your going to sit too high. I fab'd my own seat bracket, using the stock bench seat floor brackets. I'm 6'8" and still have 3-4" over my head.....but this is in a crew cab so the floor might be a bit different.
