Its not leaking terrible,but it is leaking..No theres no coolant mixing with oil.Ptoombs on 1stgen.org said its common.Just make sure its full and drive it, just retorque the front bolts.He saids thats what happened to him.I'm going home for christmas about 1300 miles so I def need the truck.Ezra

I agree with PToombs, many 1st Gens leak there. Re-torque and you should be good to go.
Do it cold. I would go to about 30ft/lb then 50ft/lb then 90ft/lb then 105ft/lb. After 105ft/lb, I would go up 5ft/lb at a time until I got to 125ft/lb. Are you going to reuse the stock bolts?

Ok there retorqued.And I reused.I then cleaned the engine,drove it around popped the hood no coolant there.but there is quite abit of coolant on the front diff.But I cant find the source of the leak..Any ideas? Ezra.

Did you clean the front diff prior to the test drive? If you start with a spot free engine it's much easier to find leaks when they start. Could be water pump leaking too.

Yeah Bill I cleaned it all,The water pump was replaced about 2 weeks ago.Whats the pump directly below the altenater? When i crawl under the front of the truck coolant is the oil pan front diff and that pump under the alternator.Ezra

AC compressor maybe? You might simply have a leak from one of the heater or tranny cooler lines. Check and make sure you don't have a leak from the water pump mounting surface or weep hole.
