does not look bad yet. i would try re-torqueing the head and see what happens. keep an eye on the oil for coolant. coolant in the oil is a big no-no

I agree with PToombs, many 1st Gens leak there. Re-torque and you should be good to go.

Do it cold. I would go to about 30ft/lb then 50ft/lb then 90ft/lb then 105ft/lb. After 105ft/lb, I would go up 5ft/lb at a time until I got to 125ft/lb. Are you going to reuse the stock bolts?

Did you clean the front diff prior to the test drive? If you start with a spot free engine it's much easier to find leaks when they start. Could be water pump leaking too.

Yeah Bill I cleaned it all,The water pump was replaced about 2 weeks ago.Whats the pump directly below the altenater? When i crawl under the front of the truck coolant is the oil pan front diff and that pump under the alternator.Ezra

AC compressor maybe? You might simply have a leak from one of the heater or tranny cooler lines. Check and make sure you don't have a leak from the water pump mounting surface or weep hole.
