He351ve on first gen help

I found a guy with a used he351ve for $200 and I have a 92 w250. I've been reading alot about guys putting them on their trucks. I just need it explain to me in laments terms I'm trying to learn everything I can. So basically just wondering what I would have to do to put this on my truck or if there's a better option for the same price.
Btw I have fuel pin, tweaked pump, 4" turbo back, and just order a FASS pump. Also have pyro, boost, trans, and fuel pressure gauges ready to be installed. Any info is greatly appreciated.

Ummm, not even close.

A 351vgt is the same to bolt on as a 351cw and they are not exactly a direct bolton. The vgt takes more work to actuate the WG properly. A search should find plenty of info though, there are a few guys who have done it.

The 351cw is less work when it comes to a working wastegate.

I don't think so. The HE351VE has a T3i or something like that flange.

That may be true, adapters are easy to find though. I was thinking more along the lines of compressor outlet piping etc.
