Has anyone found window regulators?

I have looked/called all the suppliers I can find and none of them are carrying these anymore. Its almost like all of them have stopped at the same time...strange.
Anyone know where to get these? Or even for a Ramcharger, these should work as well.

Thanks

Rock Auto. They only list them under one or a couple of the years between '89-'93. I wanna say I recall seeing them listed under a '92.

Thanks Jim, do you know if the 92 regulators are interchangeable with the 93 trucks. I have heard they weren't. It would make sense if they were, the trucks seem identical.

That I don't know. I'd like to think they are identical and can't imagine them not being so. I'd take a close look at pictures on Rock Auto for comparison to the ones you've got or even see if the numbers match between years. That is, if they list regulators for more than just the '92 trucks.

I just looked at rock auto and couldn't find any. Do you know if the channel the window sits in is part of the regulator assembly?

Correction to my initial post... The regulators are only listed under '89 and '90 trucks.

The channel is separate from the regulator.

I believe the main difference between the 80-90 window regulators, and the 91-93, is the way they attach to the door. Pretty sure the later, 91-93 are riveted to the door, where the earlier ones are bolted.

Also the motors for the power windows, and wiring connectors are a little different. But this is mainly in appearance. Most fit and function the same.

'91-'93 are bolted.
A power '91 regulator will not interchange with '92-'93, due to the difference in the motor's mounting and size.
'86-'91 interchange, EXCEPT for the fact that the '91 is threaded for bolts, instead of riveted.

In reality, the way it mounts technically makes a 1991 power regulator a bastard piece, except that the difference is easily overcome by simply using bolts to secure it, instead of rivets, as it was intended.

We really do need to view the 1991 model year not only as a separate and very unique model year on many things, but even as a divided model year unto itself.

Mark.
