It can be found here .

Did this fix your window? Just want to know before I take it to the dealer. Thanks.

yes I had it done. Both front windows seem to be working great now.

They were a little slow before I had that TSB done.

Also, I had a reflash (this is the 2nd time) for the White smoke and rough idle at start up........and it seems to have improved that too. I had to have them "re-Enable" my high idle feature since that went away with the reflash.

There is also a TSB for weatherstripping on the bottom of the doors (had this one done too, this time). And, of course the ones at the top wear the door rubs and tears them ( had that one done last fall).

I had the ones on steering wheel play and drive line angles checked too and they said mine were fine.

Now I have to go back and get my stereo/cd player replaced (under warranty) because the CD won't eject or play. It was fine when I brought it in and now it's not. That is why I hate to go to the dealer for any work. But I wanted to get all the latest and greatest TSB's and reflash done before my (bumper to bumper) warranty runs out at 36,000 miles. Currently have 28,500 on it.

I wish I could find that nice picture of Paul senior with that scowel on his face, crossed arms with the caption "don't be stupid" at the bottom . You're not the first guy to have a CD player changed. I've lost count of how many I've done.

Is there a known problem with the stock stereos? My CD player has acted funny before, but i could play with it and get it to act right. This time, no matter what i do.........unplug it, turn it on or off,..it just doesn't respond. Dealer said my new one (RBK?) is there and waiting for me to come in for install.

Maybe it's just a phase, but I know we've replaced alot of radio/cd players in the last six months. About the same deal....cd won't eject at times, quits playing. They are on restriction so we have to call star for approval.....this usually raises a flag that there is an issue with the part in my book.

Thanks for the info, TexasCTD. Looks like I'll risk the dealer to have it done along with the torn pillar weatherstripping TSB.
