your killing us with the suspense!!! Get some video up!!

While I'm here I'll compliment you again on the nice work. Having done a few custom turbo setups myself, I have a real appreciation for quality fab work.

Well we got it running. It was dark by then and rain/ snowed all day. Could only get enough traction for about 36-38 psi total and about 12-13 primary in 4wd. Too slick to test it good.

Set the WG to 26 psi with shop air and only got to test drive about 2 miles. Hopefully will get to run it hard tomorrow.

Here is a vid of it running at least.

vid removed because of potty mouth talking about his home improvement project

Got all the gauges hooked up. 2000* pyro, fuel pressure, 35 psi primary boost, 100 psi total boost, and 100 psi drive pressure. Also replaced the voltage, oil pressure and temp gauges.

Had some time to drive it today in the daylight. Paved roads are still ice covered. The thing is about uncontrollable in 4WD with both axles welded, so the testing is in 2WD.

Here is just a look around under the hood:

3rd gear launch:

A view of the gauges while doing the same:

It is hitting just over 60 psi overall, with 30-33 primary. Drive pressure showed right around 50-53 psi at full tilt. The fuel screw is about 1-1/4 turn from runaway. No AFC, stock inj, solid 15 psi of fuel pressure, I think. Couldn't really keep an eye on the pyro or fuel pressure.

Even just burning the tires off it seems very responsive. Watch the primary boost come on, you can't help but grin when it comes alive. It survived about a dozen 60+ psi bursts, can't see the HG hanging out yet.

Hopefully we will get some better weather to play with the WG settings.

Looks like it is balanced real well, both turbos are sharing the load.
