Got the gauges in

Well, I finally got my pyro and boost gauge installed. I ordered them from www.dieselpage.net, and after a 2 week wait, they arrived. After a trip to town to get a tap, I installed the probe. It went quite a bit easier than I thought. My almost-stock numbers were 950 on the pyro, 14 psi boost. Then i found some little screw thingy on the back of the pump(), and decided to mess with it a little bit. Now I can still only get 1000 or so on the pyro, but the boost is up to about 20. This bombing stuff is fun!

Oh, and here are some pictures:

Next: BHAF, 3200 spring, and grinding the AFC lever. I already cant wait!

Looks good! You need to turn that screw thingy a little further, though.

Dont worry, it will get cranked plenty more before too long . But first I have to go buy a 10mm wrench to bend up to get that dang idle back down. And maybe a fix for that turbo lag .

I tried cranking the fuel screw today. I have it in about 1.5 turns right now, and it wont turn any farther. I have taken it out and taken the lock collar off it, but it still just wont budge. I have been using a 6mm wrench to turn the screw so far, and now it just slips over. I am tempted to get a 3200 gov spring just for an excuse to dive into the pump to figure out whats wrong. Anyone else had this happen?

Did you clean up the threads after you pulled the collar off?
