Anyone here ever wire in a Maxi fuse into their fusible links, so as to be able to replace the Maxi fuse in case of a short. This would keep one from having to reconnect burnt fusible links. I went to a local pick-n-pull here and bought a maxi fuse holder out of a GM car, don't remember what make, but it is a nice holder, takes 8 maxi fuses and has a nice weather seal cap on it for 5.00! wish i could post a pic, it's a nice clean "factory" looking install, I was even able to get the maxi fuses at pick-n-pull for FREE!!

 

Dodgezilla, I will have to look into the local pick-and-pull for some wrecked late model GM vehicle's! Sounds like a nice fuse panel!
