new wheels

i just picked up a set of ford alcoa type wheels with good tires for 200 now what lugnuts do i need to use? thanks o and the cheaper the better like always!

you can get the lugs from any parts store but i would call to check to make sure they have enough first or you might want to check a local junk yard or a scrap yard. hope this helps some.

I just won a set of 8 hole alcoas for mine truck. they are out in Ohio so I will be picking them up in a few weeks. post pics when you have them on. I hear that the lugs are 9/16 not 1/2 for the alcoas. I will find out soon.

Yes, they will. As long as they are 97 or older. Just make sure they have the tapered lug instead of a flat surface.

One point to note: the Ford Alcoas have a smaller center than a "normal" wheel. They will fit over the axle flange fine, but an Alcoa brand center cap won't fit inside the hole. They were made for the Ford snap-on style center cap. I'm getting mine machined out to fit the Alcoa centers. They are specced at 5.150".
