Fuel pin Question

I took my fuel pin out and turned my starwheel down and when i put the pin back in i decided to leave that little white nylon washer off that slides on the pin. Is that ok to do?

Yup it lets the fuel pin travel further, giving u more fuel. Mines been like that for 6 months. Youll like the way it runs.

Ok thats what i thought. I turned my starwheel down about 1 complete turn and its not hazing so i figure its alright for now since i dont have my gauges in yet , does this raise ur egts pretty high?

I pull a little popup camp trailer all over the place, and I can hit 1300 pretty easy, however, I have larger injectors than stock. With my stock turbo and stock injectors, I think i got around 1200 empty pedal to the floor up a hill in 5th gear. Is your truck intercooled?

pulling the washer can make your pin ride to high and not allow it to be in the deepest part. Put some grease on the pin and drive a little. Take the pin out and see where it rides. You want it to be on the deepest part of the pin.

the star wheel has no effect on egts.
