does the fuel pin always pop out when you open the trottle. i took out my shaft and spring then opened the throttle the pin would not pop out so i took out the allen screw next to throttle and pushed it out it came out and i worked it back and for then i put the throttle back together and opened the trottle and the pin did not come out is this nrmal i though the pin was going to pop out thanks keith

 

i just had the same prob. get some dielectric grease on it and it should work fine.
yes it will pop out every time you give it full throttel. their is a o ring in their and it gets sticky and wont let it pop out every time so the grease will fix that for a while. good luck
