The number on my new FSS is 0 330 001 042 (printed on the side opposite that shown in my photograph). Rothenbacher said these Bosch FSS units he sells are from NOS Volkswagen injection pumps that he "parts out." So I suspect several different Bosch part numbers are actually all the same unit...

Apply 12 volts, and the solenoid retracts. Remove the voltage, and it returns to the,closed position. Thread pitch/ size and attachment point for power are The same, they're just renumbered as branding..
My VW solenoid is a,Bosch unit, and functions as desired.

How does that work with little or no rubber to seal farmboy?
Mine came apart years ago when I had to back off quick on the interstate after a car cut me off. I guess I got lucky and the pieces never presented a problem - so far...
I've had the VW Bosche in there ever since with no issues.

my truck blew out a couple VW ones in a month so I opted for this and so far it has been good years.
