You mean popping? I have a pop/gring in my front end as well when I turn sharply and go over bumps or curbs. I think it's a design flaw in Dodges. I had a van that did it as well. I think it's the tie rod binding and isn't really harmful unless you do it a lot. I just ignore it for the most part since my truch drives beautifully and everything is tight.

my u bolts will do that when the tires get worn down on the 4x4 but had a 77 2wd that would do it and after I put new rubber body pucks in it stopped

My truck does it when turning sharp , and turning over a bump, like a driveway or something. You can feel it pop under the floorboard. I hate it.

Turning left into my driveway from the street or going into a parking lot I hear a loud grinding poping sound that even my passengers ask me, "what the heck is that?". Done that since new. Even backing out of my driveway with the wheel turned left does it.

Bingo! Dodge says to grease 'em to reduce noise.

Turn stop screw went right by me! What am I looking for on the A arm? Guess I'll have that done when I get my 7226S springs in?

They are bolts that hit the spindles at full lock. If there's no lube they make nasty noises when the suspension moves with the wheel cranked over. Mine are dry too, but I know what the noise is and ignore it.

Check your body mounts as mentioned before. mine had a tiny crack when I turned before, now with the body lift it sounds like a shotgun (to me anyways). I've got new body mounts setting in the garage waiting and the body lift's coming off, and just as a sidenote, NEVER put on a body lift, it's a waste of time and money. by far the worst thing I ever did to my truck.
