Good pulls. Sounded awesome but needs more smoke

Any idea why it went farther hooked to the 8500# ?

and wow that cummins powered 67-72 orange/white chevy is awesome!! its ashame it kept hoppin so bad!

 

Were workin on the smoke issue

I made a few adjustments in the 8500lb class. I dropped some air pressure, ran 2nd lo and the moisture in the track started coming up so it made for a pretty good track after the sun went down

Yeah that 72 was nice the swap was super clean

 

Well had our last local pull of the season last night and and it was the best pull of the year for me, and stillsmokin finaly got his truck together to make a few hooks

I ended up 3rd in both the 7500 and 8500 modified diesel classes only getting beat by a couple close friends, and I also set a new personal best distance of 325'1" and making my personal goal of 300+ feet

You guys ought to come over here, there are at least 3 hooks left. Next one is Aug. 29.

 

Where at?

 

August 29th- Woodbine, Iowa 1pm.

September 5th- Dow city, Iowa 12pm.

September 7th- Neola, Iowa. < This one is free admission/ hooks.

 

Woodbine is only 90 miles bad thing is I work til noon on saturdays.
