I was able to pic up an HX40 for an 8.3L cummins for a reasonable price, now I have to make an adapter to instal it on my manifold and was wondering if anyone knew if there was a T4 flange out there that someone made, otherwise I am just going to have it cut out at a machine shop.

You might wanna just spend the money and get a T3 exhaust housing for it. If its from a 8.3L its most likely the 26cm housing. Your gonna have trouble spooling it unless you have a lot of fuel. If you go over to CompD and post a WTB in the classifieds there are a few dudes w 40 housings that are T3..
