EGT problems with new turbo

So I got my HX-35 in the mail yesterday.
Stock injectors in waiting to get the 190s tested and cleaned.
I swapped the turbo off onto my 21 cm for better top end since i have an automatic.
Well now my egts are hotter than when i ran the H1C with stock injectors. Before I couldnt hit 1100 when i had the H1C. now with the HX-35 i can hit 1400 within 10 seconds.
Why is this?

I used everything from the HX-35 except the housing.

That 21 is going to be terrible...you will probably run out of fuel before you get that thing completely spooled. My thought is a smaller housing, say 16 or eve 18.5, would bring some of that cooled charge in earlier. Also check the flange where the I/C tube connects to the compressor housing. If that square cut o-ring gets cocked in there it will leak and cause problems like that.

The 21 works perfect. I have an auto so its fine. It doesnt take any longer to spool than the H1C did. My boost is around 30 PSI with the stock injectors. I got my 190's tested and they were bad. Thats ebay for ya!! So i went back on ebay and bought a brand new set of PODS.

If your pushing 30 psi with stock injectors, Pod my require a waste gated actuator to keep it under 40..............or turn down the fuel...........NOT

Ill just turn my fuel pin back around. The most under load i can get is 28lbs of boost. With the fuel pin turned to the side unground i can only get 22 not under load. so probably 24 under load.
