IMHO - don't need permanent gauge. Once you've checked it at WOT, TIP (turbine Inlet pressure) will not change.... unless you change your setup!
No need to monitor the pressure constantly. And gauges sometimes tend to carbon up in time from soot in the tubing.
Cheap 0-100 psi gauge and some copper tubing is all you need for temorary gauge. I've got $20.00 into mine and can plug it into the boost gauge hole, run it under the hood and through the passenger window, anytime I need to recheck pressure.
Of more value, again just my opinion, is a boost gauge for primary turbo... mounted on cool air piping, before the secondary turbo.

Primary is bottom (bigger) turbo. Secondary is HX-35 (second in the intake air progression).
I have a friend with that setup...HX-35 over a S400... on a 01.
His drive pressure (engineers call it Turbine Inlet Pressure) at 585 hp, is 1:1 ratio at 60 psi boost. (reads 60 psi TIP at 60 psi boost). Mine is about the same.
We both read about 68 psi at WOT and 65 psi Boost. These #'s are good and well w/i limits.
FYI- Make sure your HX-35 has a 14 cm2 turbine housing on it. The Dodge 12's are too small, on twins, for anything over 450 hp.
