I called TST products to order a dowel pin kit. They said I didn't need one and
he also said that the 89-93s didn't have that problem. , is this true? I'll be able to reed your replies but not respond...Work

Not true. my 1990 dowl pin at or near 300K was just about to fall out! its a cheep fix not to have peace of mind .all you need to do is pull the cover and use a punch to push the pin back in, if it has moved ,and then use a ball peen hammer and round over the hole the pin will never come out and the gear case can still be removed a seal and gasket cost $50, and you can sleep at night.there are all kinds of ways to tab that pin its your choise on how
